Trainning

Given the challenges the O&G Industry face today, IOS.Energy has a clear and robust process for skills assessment and training, including tailor-made skills matrices that will allow your staff to effectively analyze gaps both before and after training and recommend options for development. This will include:

  • Clear definition of job categories and associated roles
  • Defining the skill matrices required for those roles
  • Establishment of an independent baseline that encompasses current skills and capacities
  • Defining training and development options

Develop the training plan for our Customer Professionals, with the courses Ministered from our centers (Dubai, Houston, Rio de Janeiro), or in some other selected location in our Customer’s office, which focuses on basic post-principles and knowledge in the area of Oil & Gas, geosciences, Production Technology and Reservoir Engineering applied to the Customer’s carreer development and vision.
